What Is PT Cloud?
PT Cloud makes it easy to view your cameras remotely from your smartphone using the NVMS7000 app — without changing any router settings. With a few simple steps, you’ll be able to:
- See live camera feeds
- Review past footage
- Save and share video clips
- Snap photos
- View everything in HD
How to Set Up the PT Cloud App on Your Phone
Follow these steps once your installer has enabled PT Cloud on your DVR.
1. Download the App
- Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for NVMS7000
- Download and install the app
2. Register an Account
- Open the app
- Tap the ☰ Menu (top left) → Select PT Cloud
- Tap Register
- Enter your email address → Tap Get Verification Code
- Enter the code emailed to you
- Create a password → Tap Finish

3. Add Your DVR to the App
- Tap the Add (+) button
- Use your phone to scan the QR code from the DVR or the included card
- Tap Search, then Add the DVR that appears
- Enter the Verification Code (true9575 by default)
- Tap the DVR → Tap Start Live View

How to Use the App
View Live Cameras
- Tap Live View
- Choose which cameras you want to see
- Double-tap to zoom in on one camera
- Use layout buttons to view 1, 4, or more cameras on one screen
- Tap the HD/SD icon to switch between Clear (HD) and Fluent (faster load)
Playback Video
- Tap Remote Playback
- Choose the date, time, and camera
- Use the timeline bar to scroll through recordings
- Tap play to watch recorded video
Save Clips and Snapshots
- While watching a video (live or playback):
- Tap the scissors icon to save a video clip
- Tap the camera icon to take a snapshot
- To view saved media:
- Tap Menu → Picture & Video
- Download files to your phone from here
Pro Tips for Everyday Users
- Clear View Mode: For HD video, tap the settings gear in Live View and switch from Fluent to Clear (see screenshots on page 10)
- Name Your Cameras: It’s easier to find “Front Door” than “Camera 1”
- Save Early: Video recordings are automatically overwritten every 2–3 months
- Privacy Matters: Only users with your login and verification code can access your feed
