Press any button to wake the screen (backlight turns on).

Page 2 shows an active COOL mode with a pulsing icon.
3. Adjusting the Temperature
Refer to Page 2 – “Temperature Setting” Sequence
Here’s how to adjust your thermostat:
- Press any button
- You’ll see your current room temp and active mode
- Press UP or DOWN → This shows your current set point
- Press again to raise/lower it
- Press MODE if you need to change between heating/cooling
The mode icon will pulse to confirm your setting.
4. Screen Behavior and Energy Saving
Refer to Page 3 – “Display Behavior Overview”
- Screen turns off after 10 seconds
- 5 seconds = shows only current temp
- Next 5 seconds = display turns black to save power
- Your settings continue working in the background
This “fade-to-off” is normal — the thermostat is still fully operational.
5. Troubleshooting At-a-Glance
- Screen not waking up? → Check batteries or power
- Still in RADIO mode? → May need to complete pairing
EMER heat showing? → Used for specific HVAC systems only
