Arming & Disarming the System

Whether you’re leaving the house or staying in for the night, the first thing you’ll use is arming and disarming your panel.

Arm Stay Mode
Use this when you’re home and want the perimeter (doors and windows) secured while moving freely inside.

To Arm Stay:

  1. Tap the ARM STAY button on the touchscreen.
  2. If prompted, enter your user code.
  3. You’ll hear “Arming Stay” and see a countdown timer.
  4. After the countdown, the system is armed.

Why use it? Keeps the house secure while you’re sleeping without triggering indoor motion sensors.

Arm Away Mode
Use this when everyone is leaving the house. This secures everything—doors, windows, and inside areas with motion detectors.

To Arm Away:

  1. Tap the ARM AWAY button.
  2. Enter your user code (unless quick arming is enabled).
  3. A countdown will begin (typically 45–120 seconds).
  4. Exit through a monitored door before the timer ends.

Tip: If you change your mind before the countdown ends, tap Disarm and enter your code to cancel.

Disarm the System
Use this to turn the system off when you get home or if an alarm sounds by mistake.

From the panel:

  1. Tap DISARM.
  2. Enter your user code.

With Facial Recognition:

  1. Stand in front of the panel.
  2. Wait for it to scan your face and say “Welcome back.”

If the panel does not recognize your face, it will prompt you for your code.

Using Facial Recognition

Facial recognition allows for hands-free and secure disarming.

To enroll your face:

  1. Go to System Settings.
  2. Enter the Master User Code.
  3. Tap Users, then select your profile.
  4. Choose Capture Facial Profile.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to align your face.

To update your facial profile:

  1. Disarm with your code.
  2. Tap the blinking Notification icon.
  3. Open the message about your profile.
  4. Select the best photos and tap Update Profile.

For best results, remove any blurry or off-center images.

Reading Alerts & Messages

The system provides visual and audio alerts for system events.

Types of messages:

  • Alerts: Low battery, sensor issues, power loss
  • Alarms: Door opened, motion detected, etc.
  • Messages: Sent by your security provider

To read messages:

  1. Tap the bell icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Alerts, Alarms, or Messages.
  3. Tap any message to read it.

Private messages require the Master User Code.

Colors indicate priority: Black = normal, Orange = urgent, Red = emergency.

To manage messages, select Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, or Delete after opening.

Using Emergency Buttons

Your panel has three emergency options:

  • Panic (Police) – security help
  • Fire – alerts fire department
  • Emergency (Medical) – medical aid

To activate:

  1. Tap the red Emergency icon.
  2. Tap and hold the desired button for 2 seconds.

Silent alarms can be set by your installer.

Quick Exit

Quick Exit lets you leave the house without disarming the system.

To use:

  1. From the Armed (Stay) screen, tap QUICK EXIT.
  2. You have about 30 seconds to open a door and leave.
  3. The system automatically re-arms in Stay Mode once the door is closed.

This feature must be enabled by your installer.

The onboard camera can:

  • Take snapshots when arming/disarming
  • Provide live view
  • Integrate with doorbell and security cameras

To view live cameras:
